Delivery Lead Times: 

 

PLEASE NOTE - DUE TO THE HIGH VOLUME OF ORDERS, PLEASE ALLOW APPROX 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE DISPATCHED. THEN ALLOW FOR SHIPPING. WE SHIP WITH A NUMBER OF AUSTRALIAN AND INGTERNATIONAL COURIER SERVICES.

 

DELIVERY: 

Shipping is calculated not only by weight or Cubic Weight but also by location.
Depending on your post code or if the weight of your parcel is over the standard Shipping post limits, we will contact you regarding additional shipping and will email invoice as needed.

By purchasing, you agree to these terms & conditions at checkout. 

If you require express shipping please choose expresss shipping when checking out.

BULKY ITEMS OR ORDERS

Excludes bulky items upon which we will contact you to discuss options, items may not necessarily be labeled bulky but may constitute a bulky order when combined with other items. We will contact you if your order is considered bulky or may require multiple boxes to ship where extra postage will be required to be paid.

We send all orders through a number of Australian and Internationsl fright transport companies and once dispatched you will be emailed a tracking number. If you have multiple orders in place they can be combined but kindly note ONLY $100 insurance is included in the order or combined order postage charge.  If you wish to purchase additional insurance please contact us immediately by email. We cannot be held responsible for Delivery delays or losses in getting your order to you. For an express delivery option please choose express in the shipping options, comment in your order, send an email or phone our store and we can give you a quote for the additional cost.

*Delivery exceptions: 

Regular or Express delivery may not be available to all locations within Australia, or it may be expensive. If we find that your chosen shipping location is not covered in the standard shipping options, we will contact you before packing your order to determine the best option for shipping or send an invoice with the outstanding postage required

 In Store Pick Up: We have a click and collect option for customers coming to pick up from the store. 

Returns: 

All sales are final and refunds will not be issued for change of mind. We photograph all our products ourselves and make them as true to colour as possible. If you have any doubts or want more information or more photos please contact us prior to ordering or posting.

DECK THE HALLS CHRISTMAS will ONLY accept product returns and provide you with a store credit, exchange, repair or refund where

  • The product is genuinely faulty not damaged in transit by the courier.
  • You have contacted us to organise return of the faulty item within 7 days of receiving your delivery
  • You can present your DECK THE HALLS CHRISTMAS invoice, receipt, or any other adequate proof of purchase.

Please note: we endeavour to pack your items with love and care to arrive to you safely however, we cannot control how couriers and carriers handle your parcel.

If in any case an item is broken in transit, you can lodge a claim of $100 which is included in your postage charge with the courier service directly.

You can purchase extra delivery insurance at the time of order for a fee, please enquire at the time of order at sales@deckthehallschristmas.com.au

Overseas: 

Overseas orders are subject to the same terms and coditions as domestic deliveries.
